Overview

We will conduct quality inspection and video recording before shipment to ensure that there are no quality problems in the seat. Every time you apply for a return, we will check whether it is consistent with the factory state. If you apply for a return due to subjective reasons such as unsuitability or children don’t like it, we will have to update the new cloth cover, and we will need to charge for the new cloth cover and carton consumables.  In order to avoid subsequent costs, we recommend that you go to a physical store for trying out.

Please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please submit them within 15 days after the delivery date. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days. 

Because the order content cannot be changed, in order to avoid order confusion and disputes, we only has returns but no exchange services. (only accept defective products for the same product)

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping returns

Please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to: No.14, Sec. 1, Zhangshui Rd., Puyan Township, Changhua County 51643, TAIWAN
Contact the customer service staff to inform the shipping information, and send the returned or exchanged goods within the agreed time.

※Please keep the shipping receipt for future inquiries.

  • Please be sure to fill in the return product name, color, size.
  • The refund remittance account must be the account opened under the same name as the orderer.
  • The returned goods must be unused and kept in a new state (maintain the integrity of the goods, packaging and accessories, gifts, and invoices), otherwise the return will not be accepted.
  • If the number of items and the amount ordered do not meet the activity standard due to return or exchange, the original price of the single product must be calculated; if the free shipping standard is not met, additional shipping charges will be added.
  • We does not accept the request to add or return products after the appreciation period of 7 days. In order to avoid disputes, please confirm the products and submit the return application within 7 days after receipt.
  • If paying by credit card, we will refund the payment by credit card service.
  • If there are too many returns due to personal factors, PERO will decide whether to suspend shipments depending on the situation.

Refunds

  1. Transfer
    Please provide your bank account after submitting the return request. We will remit the money to the account you provided within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product. The refund account must be opened under the same name as the orderer. If the product is not satisfied with the standard of free shipping, the shipping fee will be added; if it would not meet the conditions of the promotional activities, the product will be calculated at the original price, and the insufficient amount will be deducted from the refund.

  2. Credit Card Refund
    If the payment method you use is credit card swiping service, we will refund the amount of the product you returned within 3-5 working days after returning the product. If the returned product is not satisfied with the free shipping standard, additional shipping charges will be added; if the product is not satisfied with the conditions of the promotional activities, the product will be calculated at the original price, and the insufficient amount will be deducted from the refund.

Items not covered by product warranty

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or use not in accordance with the recommendations in the manual. (For example: after the product is soaked in sea water or exposed to rain, it is not rinsed off and dried immediately)
  • Damaged or modified by yourself or others
  • Damage caused by negligence or improper use.
  • Product serial number removed or illegible.
  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use. (such as: tires, surface coatings, natural deterioration of plastic products… etc.)
  • Injury caused by accident.
  • Fabric-like seams are torn or split.
  • Detachable accessories or accessories attached to the body are missing. (Such as: seat belts, cup holders, etc.)

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
