What should I do if my package has been damaged during shipping?

We guarantee that our products are in new condition and undamaged before shipping. If you see any damage on the parcel upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the shipping company. Then, report the issue to us at service@kidspero.com There is a one year warranty for all of our products. If you have an issue with our products within this time frame, please send us an email with photos and a description of the problem to service@kidspero.com.

What is your warranty policy?

This guarantee only applies to car seats and strollers purchased on our website. The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of the invoice. The guarantee covers issues caused by quality and manufacturing, but not issues caused by damage or misuse.
