Overview
We ship your order from Taiwan. Once we receive your payment, we’ll arrange delivery. If you registered on our website, you can check your order status anytime by logging in. (Guests will not have access to order tracking through the website.)
After shipment, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number and courier details. Please remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see our email in your inbox.
Please avoid using Hotmail, Outlook, or iCloud as your contact email, as our messages may not reach you.
About Shipping
- The goods will be delivered within 7-14 working days.
- The delivery time will depend on the scheduling of the local delivery service.
- If you need to update the consignee information, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order confirmation email.
- Before the product is shipped, kindly inform customer service if the delivery address is a residential address, or include a note during checkout.
- Please note that any import customs duties, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Kidspero.
- If there are issues with customs clearance or any other problems preventing delivery, the customer is responsible for covering associated costs.
Shipping Returns
Overseas orders refer to shipping addresses outside of Taiwan.
- Please note: In general, we do not accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders once the parcel has been shipped.
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the case and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.
- Due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics, we are unable to accommodate returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preferences.
General Return Policy for Overseas Orders
- Overseas returns (after successful delivery) are accepted only if the Goods are returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy, and the request is made within the specified time frame.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any related handling fees.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Any transaction fees charged by our payment processor, including fees related to both the refunded amount and the deducted amount (such as credit card processing fees on non-refundable charges), will also be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned Goods.
- If the returned Goods are not in resellable condition (e.g. used, damaged, missing parts or packaging), we reserve the right to reject the refund.
Customs Clearance & Return Policy
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import procedures required by their local authorities. If the recipient fails to complete customs clearance and the parcel is returned to us, the following policy applies:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Any return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees incurred due to the failed delivery will be deducted from your refund.
- In addition to the above deductions, any transaction fees charged by our payment processor on both the refunded amount and the deducted amount will also be borne by the customer. These fees are imposed by the payment processor and are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned Goods.
- If the returned Goods are not in resellable condition (e.g. used, damaged, missing parts or packaging), we reserve the right to reject the refund.
- We are not responsible for parcels delayed or rejected due to customs issues beyond our control. We highly recommend customers monitor their shipment and respond promptly to customs notifications to avoid unnecessary delays or charges.
