ISOFIX Guider
Functions
The ISOFIX Guider is mainly designed to make it easier for car owners to install ISOFIX car seats, while also preventing the ISOFIX connectors from scratching leather seats.
When encountering Seat Gap-Style Lower Anchors or Slit-Style Lower Anchors, the anchor coverings, seat cushions, and seatback are tightly pressed together . This often makes it difficult for users to insert the ISOFIX connectors properly when installing a car seat.
As shown in the picture below, the U-shaped anchor positioned between the seat cushion and the seatback is the ISOFIX Guider (Attachment Guide).
Installation
- Attach the ISOFIX Guider to the ISOFIX anchor located between the seat cushion and the seatback.
- Slide the ISOFIX connectors for the child seat along the guider until they lock securely into the ISOFIX anchor.
